Oliver Lenaerts is a law scholar who received his master in law at the law faculty of the Catholic University of Leuven and an LLM in European Law from the Sorbonne in Paris.

Simultaneously with his training a s a lawyer het pursued a Master in Visual Arts at the Academy in Brussels. He has more than 15 years of legal experience as a corporate lawyer but never lost his passion for art.  That fascination for art resulted gradually into inspiration. He can still can be fascinated by the enchanted spontaneity of an artwork, but now its fuel for his creative fire both on an artistic as legal level.

Consequently, he decided in 2015 to combine the pen of the lawyer with the pencil of the artist and founded “Atelier Spontaneite” a place  where the points of intersection between art and law are being examined.
